Marketing Manager, Manchester, Up to £50,000

This is a standalone Marketing Manager role within a highly respected, employee-owned professional services firm with over 30 years of industry reputation.

As their first inhouse Marketing hire, this is a fantastic opportunity to own and shape the entire marketing function, driving strategy while remaining hands-on across delivery.

This is a pivotal role within the business, offering real autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

This is a hybrid role working from the office a minimum of one day a week and up to three days depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy working closely with the senior leadership team
• Lead internal and external communications including social media and PR
• Oversee website management
• Drive brand positioning and external engagement
• Support company growth through forward-thinking initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' B2B marketing experience
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives on ownership
• High attention to detail
