Claire loves supporting great businesses with their recruitment strategy.

Phil Sofield is Director and Co-Founder of Four Recruitment . Phil has been in the recruitment industry now for over 25 years,  having managed teams, grown a successful brand and developed countless relationships across the North West. Phil`s role in the business involves  developing the Four Brand, managing the day to day operations whilst recruiting senior finance roles. Phil motivators have always been and continue to be providing the best life possible for his wife,  three boys and his wider family,

Gemma is a Director at Four and Head of our HR division. With over 13 years' experience, Gemma specialises in recruiting HR roles across Manchester and Lancashire.

Emma is a consultant in our Finance division and is responsible for recruiting part-qualified & qualified accountants across the Greater Manchester area within a range of industries including legal, technology, financial services, manufacturing, leisure etc.

Marketing Executive at Four, Lydia is everything camera, video and socials. She is our podcast pro, shares our key messaging across our social channels and is usually found taking snaps of the team – much to the annoyance of everyone else!

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Business, along with AAT qualifications, Charmaine translates complex financial details into actionable insights, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
