
I am exclusively partnering with a client of ours based in the Burnley area in their search for a HR Advisor. This is a stand-alone role where you will have the opportunity to shape the function in a business who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service. This is a true generalist role where you will support with the following:
- Advising Managers on all people related queries and processes
- Guiding Managers through HR policies
- Supporting with ER issues in relation to absence and performance issues
- Updating and reporting from the HR system
- Supporting Managers with the recruitment and selection process
- Working closely with Managers in relation to workforce planning
- Supporting with the TUPE process
- Promoting employee engagement and a positive working culture
- Identifying opportunities to improve the HR process
- Supporting with a variety of ongoing HR projects
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous generalist HR experience along with excellent knowledge of employment law. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage a busy workload and having a positive, solutions focussed mindset are also essentials for this role.
