
I am partnering exclusively with my client in their search for a HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor with excellent commercial awareness to join a truly values driven organisation. In this role you will be responsible for delivering expert HR advice to a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment law.
These are the key responsibilities:
- Building effective working relationships with a variety of external clients
- Supporting with the onboarding of new clients
- Advising clients on all areas of HR policy and process, ensuring clients receive a prompt and professional response
- Supporting with disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
- Coaching clients through periods of change which may include workforce planning, restructuring and redundancy processes
- Updating and rolling out new HR policies to clients
- Delivering training to Managers on HR matters
- Working collaboratively to share best practice and support the wider HR team
Skills / experience required:
- Extensive HR Advisory experience - gained either in-house or working as a HR Consultant
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style depending on the audience
- A pro-active and solutions focussed approach
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence in influencing
