An established and growing communications agency is looking to appoint an experienced Account Director to oversee a portfolio of B2B clients and support the continued growth of the business.
This opportunity would suit a senior PR professional who is confident managing client relationships, leading integrated campaigns and supporting the development of account teams within a fast-paced agency environment.
The position offers a flexible approach to office attendance, with occasional travel required for team and client meetings across the Northwest.
Responsibilities
- Managing senior client relationships across multiple accounts
- Creating and overseeing strategic communications campaigns
- Ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines and budgets
- Supporting account growth and identifying commercial opportunities
- Leading and developing junior team members
- Contributing to new business activity and agency development
Experience needed
- Significant experience within a B2B PR or communications agency
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness and experience growing accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading integrated PR and content campaigns
- Strong organisational and team leadership abilities
- Understanding of digital communications, AI and emerging industry trends
