
I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a growing business in the Preston area. This is a true generalist role ideal for an experienced HR professional who is both passionate and proactive in their approach. In this busy and varied role you will work as part of a high performing people team.
Key responsibilities:
- In this role you will be at the heart of the employee journey, supporting Managers, advising on everything people related and supporting Managers in attracting great talent
- Coaching Managers in relation to disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
- Leading on absence and performance related issues
- Delivering bitesize "lunch and learn" sessions for Managers
- Advising Managers on appropriate recruitment methods
- Writing engaging job adverts and conducting interviews ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Liaising with recruitment agencies when necessary
- Updating policies in line with legislative changes
- Supporting the broader people team with a variety of projects
This is an ideal role for someone that has exposure to both HR and recruitment, is well-organised, creative and solutions focussed as well as demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.
