Key Responsibilities:
Daily communication with site managers and customers
Processing orders and liaising with suppliers
Liaising with customers to understand and meet their needs
Answering incoming calls professionally
Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Carrying out additional tasks as required by the Management Team
- Updating relevant CRM systems
Candidate Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising multiple tasks effectively
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
