Our client, a leading distribution business, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their well-established team in Bolton working as a Customer Service Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to support business growth and deliver first-class service to a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with site managers and customers

  • Processing orders and liaising with suppliers

  • Liaising with customers to understand and meet their needs

  • Answering incoming calls professionally

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Carrying out additional tasks as required by the Management Team

  • Updating relevant CRM systems

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising multiple tasks effectively

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships
