We're recruiting for a Graduate Global Account Manager to join a growing international organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own portfolio of global clients while gaining exposure to project management, client relationship management and international business.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of international client accounts
- Build strong relationships and act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met across different regions
- Monitor project progress, maintain accurate trackers and provide regular client updates
- Analyse data and management information to support reporting and decision-making
- Work closely with internal and international teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support business growth
We're looking for:
- A strong academic background- a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career looking for an exciting opportunity
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- A proactive, structured approach with great attention to detail
- An interest in project management and international business
