The Role
Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and Finance Operations Manager, you'll play a key role within a busy finance function, supporting all aspects of purchase ledger and supplier payments.

You'll be working in a team-oriented environment, interacting with stakeholders across the business, so strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and in line with internal procedures
  • Managing expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Monitoring and prioritising a busy finance inbox
  • Preparing and executing payment runs
  • Raising proforma invoices and disbursement requests
  • Posting journals and assisting with general ledger queries
  • Handling queries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting with reconciliations, reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks
  • Assisting with month-end processes where required

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role
