The Role
Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and Finance Operations Manager, you'll play a key role within a busy finance function, supporting all aspects of purchase ledger and supplier payments.
You'll be working in a team-oriented environment, interacting with stakeholders across the business, so strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and in line with internal procedures
- Managing expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Monitoring and prioritising a busy finance inbox
- Preparing and executing payment runs
- Raising proforma invoices and disbursement requests
- Posting journals and assisting with general ledger queries
- Handling queries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting with reconciliations, reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks
- Assisting with month-end processes where required
