We're recruiting on behalf of a growing business for an Admin Assistant to join their Buying team, supporting Product Development.
This is a great opportunity for someone organised and detail-oriented who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain experience within product development and buying.
The Role
As an Admin Assistant, you'll provide essential day-to-day support to the Product Developer and wider team, helping to keep product development processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across product development and range planning
- Maintain supplier quotes and update pricing data accurately
- Coordinate product samples with suppliers and factories
- Upload and manage product data within Business Central
- Support the progression of new products through the development process
- Manage and update sample logs
- Review supplier documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers and maintaining system records
- Support trade show preparation and general team administration
- Work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to resolve issues

- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Excel and general IT systems
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Willingness to learn and develop within a product-focused role
