Burnley | £25,000 | Office-Based | Full-Time

A well-established manufacturing business with over 70 years of industry heritage and an annual turnover exceeding £25 million is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing team in Burnley.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being a key point of contact for customers.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and operations teams by ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments to maintain excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and booking in customer orders accurately

  • Assisting with the setup of new customer accounts

  • Providing customers with detailed stock and product information

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email

  • Maintaining accurate records and order documentation

  • Supporting the wider sales and operations team with administrative tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in administration, sales administration, or customer service

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

  • Comfortable working in a busy office environment

  • Good IT skills and experience using office systems
