A well-established manufacturing business with over 70 years of industry heritage and an annual turnover exceeding £25 million is looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing team in Burnley.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being a key point of contact for customers.
The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and operations teams by ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments to maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and booking in customer orders accurately
Assisting with the setup of new customer accounts
Providing customers with detailed stock and product information
Responding to customer queries via phone and email
Maintaining accurate records and order documentation
Supporting the wider sales and operations team with administrative tasks
About You
Previous experience in administration, sales administration, or customer service
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Comfortable working in a busy office environment
Good IT skills and experience using office systems
