
I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a high performing people team in a growing SME business. This role is best suited to a true generalist HR professional who is experienced in supporting and coaching Managers.
Below is an overview of the key things you will support with:
- Providing expert HR advice to Managers across all areas of people and process advice, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law
- Supporting with investigations
- Advising Managers on recruitment and selection
- Leading on all performance and absence issues
- Maintaining accurate HR record and producing reports for Managers
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement to enhance the HR offering to the business
- Promoting employee wellbeing, inclusion and company benefits
- Assisting with early careers attraction and retention
This is an ideal role for an experienced HR generalist who is personable, approachable and who works well as part of a team. Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are also important for this role along with strong employment law knowledge and having a solutions-focused mindset.
