An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite within a dynamic, employee-owned creative businesses in Manchester. This is a high-profile role where you'll combine executive support with operational leadership, project coordination, and culture-building, making a real impact across the business.

The Role:

  • Provide proactive, tailored support to the C-Suite, managing complex diaries, inboxes, and communications

  • Prepare briefing packs, presentations, and meeting papers, ensuring follow-ups are executed efficiently

  • Act as a trusted connector and adviser for internal and external stakeholders

  • Lead the Business Support function, setting high standards and line-managing Front of House

  • Oversee office facilities, supplier contracts, and operational processes

  • Coordinate cross-organisational projects, internal communications, and engagement initiatives

  • Support DE&I programmes and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture

  • Cascade leadership messages and champion the agency's employee-owned ethos

About You:

  • Proven experience supporting C-Suite executives in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Comfortable leading a small team and overseeing operational responsibilities

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with discretion and confidentiality

  • Experience with projects, internal communications, and culture initiatives is a plus
