A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a growing HR team due to business growth. This is a true generalist role where you will support with the following:

  • Building relationships with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and support with a variety of HR projects
  • Providing HR guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related issues
  • Supporting the business with a variety of departmental restructures and broader workforce planning
  • Leading the talent management and succession planning process, ensuring a pipeline of skilled and engaged employees
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Supporting training and development to ensure employees have the necessary skills
  • Managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Fostering a culture focussed on equality, diversity, inclusion and sustainability

The successful candidate for this role will be a credible and engaging HR generalist with a proven track record in establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
