
Finance Assistant
Manchester city centre - with hybrid working
Salary: circa £27,000- £30,000
We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join a growing, dynamic, Manchester based business.
The ideal candidate will have strong transactional finance experience, excellent communication and teamwork skills and ideally experience using Xero.
Experience in financial reporting is a bonus, but not essential, as full training and development will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Inputting and processing purchase ledger invoices
- Prepare and process monthly sales invoices from the management system
- Provide reporting support by retrieving reports from internal systems for management
- Record all payments and receipts
- Prepare remittance advice for ad-hoc payments
- Process all company credit card transactions
- Responsible for all company expenses
- Ad hoc administration support for business
Skills & Attributes:
- Some experience in a transactional finance role, ideally will be familiar with Xero
- Good excel skills
- Adaptable, with a flexible attitude and approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A high attention to detail and excellent team working skills
