The role
- Lead, coach and develop a small marketing team.
- Own the commercial foundations of the marketing strategy, ensuring activity is aligned with wider business objectives.
- Define the brand's identity, positioning and long-term direction, and oversee initiatives that bring this to life across all channels including website, email, social and PR.
- Work with colleagues across the business to align marketing activity across all product areas.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, support sales activity and strengthen brand reputation.
Required skills and experience
- Significant experience operating at senior leadership level within Marketing.
- A strong background across brand strategy, digital marketing, PR and multi-channel marketing.
- The energy and ambition to shape and deliver a marketing strategy spanning both online and offline channels and able to demonstrate ROI.
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to work closely with the team day-to-day.
- Creative mindset and passion for content and story-telling to bring brands to life.
