
Sales Support Administrator - Lancaster
Location: Lancaster (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
A growing business in Lancaster is seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to provide outstanding support to its international customers. This is a fully office-based role, offering the opportunity to be a key point of contact for orders, deliveries, and export documentation.
The Role
As Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience across all international orders. You will ensure that customer orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time, and that all export documentation is completed correctly. You will provide real-time updates to customers, ensuring transparency and confidence in delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Manage international customer orders from receipt to delivery
Ensure orders are despatched according to agreed lead times
Provide real-time delivery updates to customers
Prepare and check all export documentation accurately and on time
Liaise with internal teams to resolve any order or delivery issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes
About You
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, particularly with international customers
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks
Experience in sales support, order management, or export administration is desirable
Confident using office IT systems and databases
