We are working with a well-established professional practice to recruit a Receptionist to support a busy office environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous receptionist or administrative experience who is proactive, organised, and keen to learn. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
Managing meeting rooms and coordinating bookings
Handling post, couriers, and deliveries
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
Supporting ad-hoc office and team tasks as required
About you:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role
Confident and professional communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and well-organised
Comfortable using standard office systems (e.g. email, calendars, MS Office)
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
