Our client, a leading distribution business, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their well-established team in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity to support business growth and deliver first-class service to a wide range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily communication with site managers and customers
Process site call-offs and plan installation schedules
Liaise with customers to understand and meet their needs
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Carry out additional tasks as required by the Management Team
Candidate Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising multiple tasks effectively
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships
