
A client of mine has an immediate need for an experienced Interim Recruitment Business Partner initially on a short term basis. In this role you will lead a small team to deliver a timely and efficient recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and selection to offer management and onboarding
- Build strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing techniques and market insight
- Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practice, employer branding, and candidate experience
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring a data-led approach to hiring
- Collaborate closely with the broader people team
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong stakeholder management skills as well as previous experience in managing a team. If you have worked in education or another regulated industry this would be desirable but not essential.
