
I am currently supporting a client who are looking to appoint a Trainer into their established team, initially on a 12 month FTC basis. In this role you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging learning experience, contributing to a high-performing culture.

- Building relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their learning requirements
- Designing and delivering engaging training programmes
- Supporting with delivery on the leadership development programme
- Delivering comprehensive and inspiring induction and onboarding training for all new starters
- Championing a learning culture across the business
- Creating and updating a set of training matrixes
- Liaising with external providers as required
- Working with the wider team on the e-learning strategy
- Supporting graduate and apprenticeship programmes
My client is looking for a passionate and creative individual with a training background - delivery experience is essential in order to hit the ground running. The ability to work well in a fast-paced business along with strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, and a positive can-do attitude are also essential for this role.
