The Business:

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Projects Administrator to provide vital administrative support to the Projects Team and, where needed, the senior management team. You will work across Microsoft Office, Sage 200, and internal systems to ensure smooth project delivery, supporting both daily tasks and larger projects.

The Role:

  • Support the Projects Team with administration, including order entry and scheduling installations.

  • Collate and submit engineer timesheets and monitor resource allocation.

  • Manage the Projects mailbox, assigning emails appropriately and following up on outstanding items.

  • Set up electronic project folders, update trackers, and assign tasks to team members.

  • Prepare weekly packs for engineers and technical staff.

  • Update project trackers with key information such as deadlines, contacts, and progress updates.

  • Review completed job sheets, chase outstanding actions, and create follow-up tasks.

  • Create products, sales orders, and purchase orders in Sage 200, and follow up with suppliers.

  • Maintain client and supplier portals and update the internal CRM with tasks and opportunities.

  • Collate data and complete general administration across the team as required.

  • Proactive in suggesting improvements and asking questions.

  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and Sage 200.

The Package:

  • Salary: £25-27k

  • Hours: Mon - Fri - flexibility on hours, can consider part-time (eg. Mon-Fri 9am - 3pm)
