HR Advisor - Immediate Start (3-Month FTC)

Location: Bolton (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: 3-Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a confident and proactive HR professional to join our team in Bolton on a 3-month fixed-term contract, providing essential support to the HR Manager during a busy period of organisational change.

About the Role:

As HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a responsive and high-quality HR service across the business. You'll provide day-to-day support and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager with employee relations cases, including redundancy and consultation processes.

  • Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.

  • Assist with HR administration, documentation, and coordination of people processes.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support business priorities.

About You:

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role is essential.

  • Proven experience supporting redundancy or restructuring processes.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a hands-on and adaptable approach.

  • Able to start immediately and commit to the full contract term.
