Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a confident and proactive HR professional to join our team in Bolton on a 3-month fixed-term contract, providing essential support to the HR Manager during a busy period of organisational change.
About the Role:
As HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a responsive and high-quality HR service across the business. You'll provide day-to-day support and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the HR Manager with employee relations cases, including redundancy and consultation processes.
Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
Assist with HR administration, documentation, and coordination of people processes.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support business priorities.
About You:
Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role is essential.
Proven experience supporting redundancy or restructuring processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a hands-on and adaptable approach.
Able to start immediately and commit to the full contract term.
