HR Administrator - Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000 benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We're supporting a highly respected organisation in their search for an HR Administrator to join their busy HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career, working in a collaborative environment and gaining exposure to a wide range of HR processes.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Director, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the HR function. This is a varied role, offering experience across generalist HR responsibilities, recruitment, payroll support, data reporting, and employee lifecycle administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team and Director.

  • Assist with recruitment: drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and preparing contracts and offer letters.

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters.

  • Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Produce HR data reports and analysis, including turnover and benchmarking.

  • Provide support with payroll processing and employee changes.

  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and maintain action logs for meetings.

  • Assist with coordinating training programmes and supporting employee development.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise workload effectively.

  • Professional and discreet, with the ability to handle confidential matters sensitively.

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptable to HR systems.

  • Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent HR support.

Previous HR experience is desirable, but we're also open to candidates with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in progressing within HR.
