
A leading construction company is searching for a Finance Manager to report to the Financial Director.

Managing a team of 6, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting. You will take part in board meetings and your role involves presenting forecasts to the board. Tasked with developing and maintaining financial policies and producing accurate and robust accounting information, this role would ideally suit someone who is qualified and someone who understands P&L and reconciliations.
Previous construction experience is not essential, but would be desirable and advantageous.
The role is based in Lancaster and involves being in the office 4 days per week and 1 day per week from home. The benefits package includes a car allowance, company performance business, pension and healthcare. In the longterm, there is the opportunity to progress (the FD joined as a financial accountant and has progressed), and you will be supported by someone who has been on a similar journey.
