HR and Recruitment Assistant - Home Based - 4/5 days per week

Employment Type: TemporaryLocation: ManchesterSalary: £30000 - £40000 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a HR and Recruitment Advisor to join a very successful and growing business. The role is currently being recruited on an ongoing temporary basis (highly likely to be for a minimum of 3-6 months) and can be worked fully remote over 4 or 5 days per week. The role requires an equal focus on both HR and Recruitment with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, the role would entail the following:

  • Advising managers on company policies, procedures and ensuring these are followed.
  • Dealing with first level queries and escalating these as and when required.
  • Being involved in the whole lifecycle of recruitment, including liaising with managers and agencies, posting adverts and arranging interviews.
  • Shortlisting applications, screening candidates and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles.
  • On boarding new employees and reviewing the current process for this, making changes where relevant.
  • Keeping job descriptions up to date.
  • Using different platforms such as Linkedin to increase interest in the business and the roles you will be recruiting for.
