Job Title: Assistant Accountant

Pay Bracket: £33,000 - £34,000

We are collaborating closely with a brilliant organisation actively searching for g a motivated Payroll & Accounts Assistants to support their Finance Team. You must have the passion and desire to deliver the high standards of work. You will be working in a close knit team that offers a relaxed down to earth environment. Key Tasks

  • Monthly payroll
  • Credit control
  • Cashflows
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with overseas suppliers
  • Processing and recording transactions
  • Processing receipts
  • Process payments accurately on the bank - working in various currencies
  • To assist Finance Manager with month end duties, including accruals, prepayments etc
  • Forecasting

An ideal person for this position will have the following attributes / skill set:

  • Ideally have 1 years' experience in payroll
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to use and manipulate data with MS Excel
