The founding directors, brother and sister, Claire and Phil Sofield established the business back in 2008 with an aim to create a brand to be proud of, focused on quality and a desire to do a great job. A brand that has a genuine interest in helping businesses find great staff to grow and flourish, alongside supporting individuals’ careers.
