Finance Operations Manager

Our client has created a new senior role within their group finance function to be a key person in the development of their finance operations. They are looking for a highly motivated and skills Finance Operations Manager to be responsible for:

  • Oversight and management of a key finance teams including credit control, banking, accounts payable, payroll
  • Development of operational efficiencies across processes, systems, procedures and controls
  • Lead, mentor and develop the team across the functions
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the business
  • A variety of finance transformation and streamlining projects


This wide ranging role would suit individuals with a strong background in leadership and development of teams. You will have a background in accountancy, be qualified or qualified by experience. You will be a confident leader with strong and engaging communication style able to mentor teams while developing and delivering new processes and improvements. This is an exciting time to join this growing company and to really have the opportunity to impact and develop a finance team.
