Credit Controller

Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: Bolton

Salary: Up to £25k (part-time hours may be accepted)

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively pursuing company debt within specified targets.
  • Cash posting and customer payment allocation.
  • Generating and maintaining weekly reports and action logs.
  • Conducting monthly update meetings with department supervisors and the FC.
  • Proactively reconciling accounts to resolve issues promptly.
  • Managing specialist invoicing and processes.
  • Bank reconciliation and Purchase Ledger cover.
  • Providing cover for other accounts team members during absences.

Personal qualities, experience, and skills:

  • Preferably AAT Level 2 or above.
  • Proficient in SAGE 50.
