Based: North West - fully remote

Salary: circa £45k, annual OTE £60k profit share bonus. Flexible working (core hours 10-3pm for internal meetings) plus benefits

Whilst this role is fully remote you MUST be based in the North West to be considered as the business does monthly meetings/catch ups as a team

Our client is a leading advice and consultancy tech business working with Accountants across the North to deliver tax consultancy and advice to their clients. With the business vision to allow all businesses to get tax advice when they need it, they work with a range of SME's and business owners to ensure they receive correct and accurate tax advice to increase their profitability.

Reporting to the Directors this role will provide technical support to oversee and manage the R&D tax delivery function within the business

• Meeting all R&D clients (99% online) twice annually to make claims - new and repeat
• Liaising with Accountants to qualify new leads, review client banks and discuss cases
• Continuously develop the delivery assets, processes and systems to improve the delivery of the R&D service
• Work closely with the support team to prepare and deliver cases, manage clients and delivery pipeline and report on financials for cases
• Reviewing and interpreting financial data relating to claims
• Keeping and enhanced knowledge of legislation and guidance in relation to tax and R&D
• Working with Directors and marketing to devise strategy and growth of the R&D function

Experience:

• ATT qualified OR CTA
• Previous experience delivering R& claims for SMEs - essential
• Previous experience managing a bank of clients
• Experience working with Accountants would be desirable but not essential
