Performance Analyst

Job Title: Performance Analyst
Location: Preston, Hybrid, 37 hours per week (flexible)
Salary: Up to 30k


Our client, a housing association based in Preston is looking for a Performance Analyst to join their team of 4 on a permanent basis. My client is reporting into a Performance and Risk Manager to provide efficient and effective performance management. You will have a keen eye for detail and be analytically minded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, validate and analyse accurate data from CGA's core systems, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collate accurate performance management data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and produce accurate performance reports for the Board, Executive Leadership Team, Senior Management Team, tenants' committee and other key stakeholders.
  • Produce and validate data for external returns, including regulatory and benchmarking returns.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of key performance indicators.
  • Provide support to the business during the corporate business planning cycle and other corporate projects, as required.
  • Develop and implement customer survey programs and analyse the results.
  • Maintain the organisation's performance and customer survey management systems providing support/training to colleagues and acting as the organisation's main point of contact with the supplier.
  • Provide administrative support to the business during the Internal Audit cycle.
  • Support the business to administer risk management processes.
