Group FP&A Manager

Based: Manchester (1 day office weekly, rest remote working)

Salary: circa £85k + good benefits + flexible working

6 month FTC, possible future opportunities

Our client are a leading services business based in Manchester. One of the worlds largest, privately owned businesses in their sector, they have been established over 150 years. Now global, operating in over 12 countries they continue to grow rapidly with new acquisitions and organic growth across the world. Due to their growth, they now require an FP&A Manager on a 6 month FTC

Role:

• Reporting into the CFO working closely with in-country CFO's across the group
• Leading on onboarding new acquisitions to the group, coaching and providing best practice to local finance teams and supporting management team with insightful commercial analysis
• Co-ordinating monthly management account review, forecasting, cash, working capital management
• Annual budget submission across the portfolio of EMEA companies
• Leading a team of 3 to deliver high quality, insightful information
• Presenting group results and findings to senior leadership team
• Responsible and owning workloads and information distributed across the group

Experience:

• Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• International group exposure is highly desirable
• Driven, analytical and confident to build strong relationships across the group
• Experience managing and leading a team through change
• Advanced Excel skills - Xlookup, Match, Index and more
• Rigorous attention to detail
