Training Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager to join a fast-growing client of mine based in the West Midlands. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a wider Training team to deliver an efficient and effective service to key stakeholders across the organisation, resulting in measureable improvements to business performance.

Some of the key duties for this role will include:

  • Leading a regional training team, maximising performance whilst maintaining budgets
  • Continuous improvement of a high performing team
  • Developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in the business
  • Understanding regional needs, supporting with the creation of training strategy
  • Supporting in the design of, and driving the implementation and embedding of, effective ROI mechanisms
  • Ensuring the delivery of engaging training courses and events
  • Monitoring and continuous development of regional quality and performance standards, and building team skills and competence
  • Leading projects as required

The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate experience of leading successful training teams along with a genuine passion for learning.
