I am currently supporting a client of mine with their recruitment for a HR Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a great business where you will gain extensive experience.

Below is an overview of the things you will get involved in:

  • Providing first line HR support to Managers across the business
  • Note taking during HR meetings
  • Supporting the wider HR team with a variety of projects
  • Providing HR administration support across the whole employee lifecycle
  • Updating and reporting on employee data from the HRIS
  • Onboarding for new starters and completing right to work checks
  • Creating content for internal communications
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Administering employee benefits
  • Assisting with wider business administration duties
