HR Assistant

I am currently partnering with a well established business located in Bury, in their search for a HR Assistant to join their growing HR team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their HR career to work as part of an experienced HR team, and gain a huge amount of exposure.

You will work as a true generalist on the following:

  • Recruitment and selection - supporting from offer through to placement
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters
  • Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle
  • Coaching Managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process
  • Assisting with various HR projects
  • Updating the HR system and producing reports
  • Building stakeholder relationships

My client is happy to consider someone already working in HR looking for a move, or someone looking to secure their first role in HR. It is however essential that you are passionate about what you do, keen to learn and have an excellent work ethic. There is potential for this role to come with CIPD study support as well.
