A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a fast-paced business within the retail sector. This is a true generalist role where you will gain exposure to pretty much everything in HR!

Below is an overview of the key things you will get involved in:

  • Advising Managers on all areas of HR - everything from performance and absence through to complex and high-risk cases
  • Conducting investigations
  • Supporting Managers through change processes such as departmental restructures
  • Delivering training material to Managers
  • Leading on recruitment and selection
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters
  • Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle
  • Updating the HR system and producing reports
  • Building stakeholder relationships
  • Assisting with a variety of HR projects

This is a great opportunity to gain some fantastic experience within HR - if you are passionate about people, driven and wanting to further your career this could be the role for you.
