Senior Recruitment Partner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruiter to join an exciting, successful, growing business based in Trafford, Manchester. The role is on a full time, permanent basis.

The key responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Managing complex internal stakeholder relationships
  • Influencing internally around the recruitment process
  • Managing the internal recruitment team
  • Establishing effective recruitment processes, subject to the needs of each role
  • Sourcing of candidates for vacancies, and managing the selection process
  • Ensuring that all SLA's are achieved, whilst not compromising on quality
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies as required
  • Producing reports for Management
  • Ensuring the ATS system is used effectively at all times

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience gained ideally from an in-house recruitment function.
