Regional HR Business Partner

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BoltonSalary: £34000 - £36000 per annum

I am working with a reputable organisation who are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join their team and take on a generalist role within the North West. The head office is situated in Bolton but travel within the North West will be required (company car included).

You will support with the following:

  • Visiting sites within the North West & supporting Managers with all areas of policy and process advice
  • Assisting with change management, ensuring engagement and communication throughout
  • Updating HR policies
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • Updating and maintaining the HR system, once fully embedded
  • Liaising with the external provider in relation to payroll

My client is on the lookout for someone who is CIPD qualified with a passion for HR, as well as someone their own knowledge and abilities to bring new ideas to the department.
