Recruitment Assistant - Home/ Office Working

A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Recruitment Assistant to join an exciting, successful, business based in Manchester with the ability to work from home - they are currently working from home full time with the view that in the future there will be a split between home and office working. The role is on a Full Time, permanent basis. The role requires a focus on recruitment with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, the role will entail the following:

  • Effectively managing a wide range of roles, ensuring the business recruits quality hires.
  • Update and maintain the in-house recruitment system.
  • Arranging interviews for the Recruitment Advisors, Partners and Hiring Managers
  • Shortlisting applications, liaising with agencies, and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles.
  • Liaising with different areas and departments of the business to understand where there is a demand for recruitment and assisting hiring managers with the creation of job descriptions.
  • Dealing with candidate application queries and email issues.
  • Talking to external recruitment agencies, assisting with information, and directing calls.

My client is looking for a self-motivated individual who has the ability to learn quickly having had some experience working in Recruitment either internally or for an agency. The salary is up to £27,500 per annum dependant on experience. You must demonstrate a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to work pro-actively.
