Part Time HR Manager

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BurySalary: £30000 - £40000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part Time HR Manager to join a growing business based in Bury. In this role you will provide strategic and operational HR support to the business.

Below are some of the areas that you will take responsibility for:

  • Building relationships with Managers across the business, coaching on all people issues
  • Supporting with talent attraction and retention
  • Managing the new starter and onboarding process
  • Providing effective ER advice to Managers
  • Taking responsibility for performance and absence issues
  • Working with the wider business on areas such as engagement and wellbeing
  • Leading on the drafting of internal HR communications
  • Updating HR policies and processes

This is a great role for someone who has gained a wealth of HR experience, but is now looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate for this role will have previously worked within an SME, as well as demonstrating energy and enthusiasm in everything they do.

Please note my client is happy to look at candidates interested in working reduced hours over 3, 4 or 5 days.
