HR Manager

I am excited to be supporting a fast-growing SME operating in the service sector with their recruitment for a HR Manager. My client are on the look-out for an enthusiastic HR professional who can join them on their adventure. If you are interested in joining a forward-thinking business with a reputation that is second-to-none this could be the role for you!

Reporting into the Chief People Officer you will work as a HR generalist, taking responsibility for the following areas:

  • Supporting the leadership team on everything HR related
  • Driving learning and development throughout the organisation
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • Advising on all areas of ER
  • Managing performance and absence
  • Supporting with HR projects

To be considered for this role a proven track record in a fast-paced SME environment is critical along with CIPD level 5 or 7; experience within a service sector environment would be advantageous. Please note my client are based in City Centre Manchester but this role will be a mix of some time in the office and some time working from home.
