HR Business Partner - hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a leading retail/e-commerce business based in Manchester. My client is looking for a creative individual who can drive positive change.

Reporting into the Managing Director you will take responsibility for the following areas:

  • Working with the Board to set the people strategy, ensuring key actions and projects are aligned to the business strategy
  • Driving employee engagement, with a focus on empowering Managers to improve team engagement
  • Coaching Managers on all people related issues
  • Talent management - attraction, selection and retention
  • Collate HR metrics and produce reports with analysis for the wider business
  • Driving a high-performance culture
  • Supporting the business with a variety of change projects
