HR Advisor - hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a growing organisation based in Didsbury. This is a generalist HR role where you will work on the following:

  • Providing timely HR advice to Managers across the business, including absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Coaching and developing Managers
  • Reviewing and updating policies and processes
  • Producing MI reports with analysis for Managers
  • Providing advice and guidance on pay structures and remuneration
  • Overseeing the on boarding process
  • Leading on talent attraction and retention across the business
  • Driving a high performance culture
