HR Advisor

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: MacclesfieldSalary: £30000 - £35000 per annum

I am currently supporting a client of mine with their recruitment for an experienced HR Advisor. Working as part of a wider HR team you will lead on the following:

  • Providing consistent HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Reviewing existing policies and processes, recommending improvements
  • Assisting in developing the HR strategy for the business
  • A variety of HR projects including around engagement and wellbeing
  • Creating an apprenticeship programme for the business
  • Liaising with trade unions

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to use their knowledge and skills to add value to a growing organisation. The ideal candidate for this role will be part or fully CIPD qualified, passionate about HR, well organised and able to communicate well with people at all levels.
