HR Advisor

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BurnleySalary: £24000 - £27000 per annum

An opportunity has come up for a HR Advisor to join a very exciting, highly successful and fast growing business based in Burnley. The role is working on a Full Time, Permanent basis. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a wider team on the following areas:

  • Providing first level advice on all people related matters and being involved in disciplinary and grievance appeal meetings, ensuring the processes are managed in line with policy.
  • Analysing and reporting on data, for example sickness trends.
  • Advising managers on all areas of employee relations and coaching them to be able to lead their own meetings.
  • Responding to high volume queries and case management, being responsible for personal time management and allocating time correctly.
  • Maintaining and promoting relationships with the wider people, support colleagues and teams.
  • Participating in performance management and sickness management meetings, providing HR advice.
  • Taking part in project work including wellbeing and strategy work around adding value.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience from a previous HR role where they have had involvement in employee relations. My client is looking for someone with a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The salary is looking up to £27,000 per annum plus bonus.
