After a record-breaking quarter, we are re-opening our Manchester office in 2022 and are looking for a talented Divisional Manager to join us.

We're looking to recruit a dynamic, driven and ambitious individual to develop our Manchester presence across our business expertise in Finance, HR Business Support, Supply Chain and Executive Search. Supported by our senior team, you will be responsible for developing business and maintaining our high standards of service and delivery as well as leading the team to further growth.

We are interested in hearing from candidates either with previous managerial experience within recruitment or in a Senior Consultant level who are looking for an opportunity to progress. The role of a Divisional Manager is to both grow the business through sales, client partnerships and talent acquisition as well as leading and managing the team to ensure best practice and exceptional quality standards. In return for your expertise you'll be given full autonomy to build and drive your team to success with the unwavering support of Four's senior team.
