Administrator

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BoltonSalary: £20000 - £24000 per annum + benefits


A growing SME based in Bolton are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their team in this newly created position. The role is paying £20,000-£24,000pa and is a permanent role.
The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive business support to various departments within the business, whilst also contributing to the smooth day to day running of the office. Please see below an overview of your key responsibilities:

  • Managing the company fleet, including Road Tax, MOTs & Servicing
  • All other administrative duties relating to fleet, including insurance, tracker installation and lease administration
  • Helping to manage and maintain the ISO certification
  • Supporting managers within various departments with administrative tasks
  • Tracking suppliers on excel to ensure the relevant department are on top of renewals etc
  • General day to day duties to contribute to the smooth day to day running of the office, e.g. stationary ordering, H&S audits, arranging general maintenance
  • Other duties as required - as this is a new role, it can be moulded around your skill set accordingly


To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:

  • Strong administration experience, ideally within an SME business or alternatively within a large business but covering a broad range of duties
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience with compliance procedures
  • Friendly personality with a reliable nature


In return, you will receive:

  • Competitive salary of up to £24,000pa
  • Hours - 9am-5pm Monday - Friday (no late nights/ early starts)
  • Holidays starting from 22 days plus bank holidays
  • Other benefits
