HR Advisor

After a successful year, my client, an industry leader in their field are now looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing team. Offering fantastic exposure to a real breadth of areas, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR, and keen to add value to a growing organisation. It will best suit someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and has the ability to build strong working relationships.

Below are some of the key areas of responsibility:

  • Advising Managers across the business on all areas of HR policy and process
  • Managing absence and performance issues, alongside other ER cases
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • Supporting the Head of HR with a variety of projects
  • Producing reports for Management
  • Identifying learning needs and sourcing appropriate solutions
  • Driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives throughout the organisation
