Financial Controller

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: TraffordSalary: £80000 - £90000 per annum

My client are a manufacturing business who have recently had a restructure, as such they now need an Interim Financial Controller for a period of 12 months. Reporting into the CFO you will be responsible for the following:

  • Producing monthly management and consolidated accounts
  • Forecasting Cash & FX requirements on a monthly basis
  • Actively manage cash position
  • Manage a Finance team of 8
  • Produce annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors
  • Maintain Capital Management system and Fixed Asset register
  • Budgeting and planning
  • Manage Group Corporation tax matters, including UK R&D tax relief claims
  • Provide financial information, analysis, and advice on business issues to managers
  • Maintain effective working relationships with budget holding managers within the business
